General Terms and Conditions:
1. The amount agreed upon by both parties will be specified in detail in the booking confirmation provided by Vibrant Porto Apartments. Once the total amount of the reservation has been paid, the reservation guarantee will be sent via email to the address provided by the GUESTS at the time of booking. The reservation guarantee will not be returned after the payment has been made. The final booking confirmation, along with all check-in information, will be delivered to the client once the entire reservation has been paid.

2. The client is responsible for communicating any date changes, changes in the number of occupants, or cancellations before the arrival date. Vibrant Porto Apartments will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but all requests are subject to availability. Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the guest’s arrival day will be free of charge. In the case of cancellations made between 29 and 1 day before the arrival date, the cancellation penalty will be applied as stipulated by each channel where the reservation was made.

3. Prior to receiving the apartment keys, GUESTS must pay the amount related to the deposit indicated at the time of booking. The purpose of the deposit is to ensure that the apartment and its contents are returned in the same state in which they were delivered. The deposit will be returned in full within 7 days of departure, provided that the condition of the apartment and its contents are the same as at the time of delivery.

4. GUESTS and their accompanying persons, as well as any guests accessing the apartment, must comply with the following rules: 1) Respect the residents’ rest hours between 10 pm and 8 am. 2) Do not hold any parties or invite people exceeding the maximum occupancy limit of the apartment. If there are any complaints from neighbors about loud music or parties on the property, or if it is necessary to call the police, Vibrant Porto Apartments has the right to request that the GUESTS and accompanying persons leave the apartment immediately. In this case, GUESTS will not be entitled to any refunds related to the reservation.

5. Throughout their stay, guests staying at VIBRANT PORTO APARTMENTS must ensure that the apartment is accessible to the management and must be informed in advance by VIBRANT PORTO APARTMENTS about any essential actions that need to be taken before the end of the reservation, such as urgent repairs or any issues reported by the guest during their stay.

6. The guests are liable for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents, as well as any damage caused to the common areas of the building, whether by the guests themselves, their companions, or any other occupants of the apartment. VIBRANT PORTO APARTMENTS will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the guests’ personal belongings. If the cost of any damages or failures in the apartment exceeds the deposit amount, VIBRANT PORTO APARTMENTS is authorized to charge the additional amount to the credit card specified by the guest in the confirmation sheet of the reservation. Sheets and towels provided by VIBRANT PORTO APARTMENTS are their property, and any loss of these items will incur a cost of €20 per unit. Replacement items can be purchased upon request.

7. Conditions of use of the apartment: 1) VIBRANT PORTO APARTMENTS will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to the guests’ personal belongings. 2) VIBRANT PORTO APARTMENTS will not be responsible for any disruption of the ADSL service if caused by issues with the internet service provider. 3) The guests agree that in addition to the deposit, VIBRANT PORTO APARTMENTS can charge €50 for each lost or unreturned set of keys and €20 for each lost or missing parking card or garage key set. 4) The guests acknowledge that the use of the apartment is subject to Decree-Law no. 128/2014, created by the legal regime governing local accommodation.

8. VIBRANT PORTO APARTMENTS reserves the right to cancel any reservation if the booked apartment is considered unsuitable for occupancy due to technical failures, natural disasters, riots, or acts of God. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund, but VIBRANT PORTO APARTMENTS will not be responsible for any other costs incurred by the client due to such cancellations.
